Anchor & Pillar leads the redevelopment of the historic Albemarle Hotel into The Residences at the Albemarle Hotel. Originally built in 1923 after a local crowdfunding campaign, the Albemarle Hotel served as a symbol of commerce and economic development for the community for decades.
Anchor & Pillar is re-visiting the roots of this project by launch its first Reg CF offering through a partnership with Vicinity Capital: www.vicinitycapital.com/albemarle-stanly. By tapping into the power of crowdfunding and leveraging historic tax credits, Anchor & Pillar will breath new life into the Albemarle Hotel and downtown Albemarle.
