Hay Street Master Development

The Hay Street Master Development represents the larger vision Jordan and his partners developed for downtown Fayetteville. With site control of more than 9 acres of land in downtown Fayetteville, Jordan and his partners master planned this site in partnership with the City of Fayetteville. 

Today, this $140M+ master development is currently being built and is anchored by Segra Stadium, a new minor league baseball stadium home to the Fayetteville Woodpeckers, a MiLB Class A Advanced affiliate of the Houston Astros. In 2019, Ballpark Digest named Segra Stadium as the “High-A Ballpark of the Decade” (2010-2019).
